Terms and Conditions - Anova Hôtel & Spa
1. Field of application
These General Terms and Conditions govern the booking of rooms, the provision of services (accommodation, catering, spa, ancillary services) and any other services offered by Anova Hôtel & Spa.
2. Booking
2.1 Confirmation
Reservations become effective after written or electronic confirmation from the hotel. A deposit or guarantee will be required at the time of booking.
2.2 Online booking
Bookings via the official website or partner platforms require immediate payment or a deposit depending on the fare selected. If payment is refused, the booking may be cancelled.
2.3 Bank guarantee
A valid bank card is required on arrival. A deposit of approximately €90 may be taken to cover any consumption or damage.
3. Rates & payments
Payment methods accepted : bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), cash (up to €1,000).
Payment of the balance : to be paid on the day of departure or in accordance with the specific terms of the tariff chosen.
Taxes : tourist tax is payable in addition (€1.76/adult/night).
4. Arrival & departure
Check-in : from 4pm (reception open from 8am to 10pm depending on the day).
Check-out : before 11.00 am.
In the event of late arrival (after 10pm), please inform the hotel at least 72 hours in advance.
5. Accommodation, services & facilities
5.1 Bedrooms
The hotel offers 40 individually decorated rooms and suites, ranging in size from 20 to 65 m², with premium bedding, flat-screen TV, safe, desk, hairdryer, bathrobes and free Wi-Fi connection.
5.2 Breakfast & catering
Buffet breakfast served from 8am to 10am (€19 to €20.50 for adults, €8 to €9 for children). Restaurant and bar open for lunch and dinner. Room service available.
5.3 Parking
Private car park or garage on site, at a rate of €10 to €12/night depending on the season. Unsupervised but secure parking.
5.4 Animals
Pets allowed on request (max. 2) for a supplement of €15/night. Service animals are accepted free of charge.
5.5 Spa & well-being
Access to the spa (indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam) included until 2pm. After 2pm, access is available at an additional cost (approx. €20/person/day). Treatments and massages available on reservation. Access for adults only; children under 16 must be accompanied.
5.6 Additional services
Services available: ski hire, ski passes, ski shop, transfers (station or airport), local shuttle, seminar rooms, babysitting, laundry, concierge.
6. Cancellation & amendment
Flexible rates: Cancellation/amendment free of charge up to 2 days before arrival (or 5 days in July, August and September). Beyond that date, 100 % of the amount will be charged.
Non-refundable rates : The full amount will be deducted at the time of booking. No exchange or refund possible.
There is no refund for late arrivals or early departures.
All changes are subject to availability and possible price adjustments.
7. Groups
For bookings of 5 rooms or more: deposit of 50 % on booking, balance one week before arrival. No refund for cancellations made less than one month before the scheduled arrival date.
8. Insurance
It is advisable to take out travel insurance covering cancellation, accidents or incidents related to skiing, as well as any health restrictions. The hotel declines all responsibility in the event of non-insurance.
9. Responsibility & safety
The hotel cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied in the spa. Compliance with current safety regulations (emergency exits, smoke detectors, etc.) is compulsory.
10. Personal data
The personal data collected is used exclusively to manage bookings and customer relations. In accordance with the RGPD, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete your personal data by sending a simple request to : info@anova-hotel.com
11. Force majeure
Neither the hotel nor the customer can be held responsible if the reservation cannot be honoured due to force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, transport disruption, etc.).
12. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will first be sought. Failing this, the customer may refer the matter to a consumer ombudsman within one year. The applicable law is French law; the competent courts are those of Gap.
13. Acceptance
All reservations imply full acceptance of these terms and conditions. In the event of non-compliance, the hotel reserves the right to exclude the customer without compensation.
Terms and Conditions - Hôtel Le Chalet Blanc
1. Field of application
These terms and conditions govern room reservations, catering and ancillary services (spa, ski, seminars) offered by Hôtel Le Chalet Blanc.
2. Booking
Confirmation effective after written or electronic acceptance, deposit or guarantee required.
On line immediate payment or deposit, depending on the tariff chosen. In the event of rejection, the booking will be cancelled.
Bank guarantee valid card required, fingerprinting possible (~90 €) for extras or damage.
3. Rates & payments
Cards accepted : Visa, MasterCard, Amex; cash up to €1,000.
Balance to be paid on departure or according to price conditions.
Tourist tax not included (local rate in force).
4. Arrival & departure
Check-in from 4pm, reception open all day.
Check-out before 11am.
For arrivals after 10pm, please give at least 72 hours' notice.
5. Accommodation & services
Comfortable rooms with top-of-the-range bedding, TV, free Wi-Fi, etc.
Buffet breakfast served in the morning, restaurant and bar on site.
Secure private car park (fee payable).
Pets accepted on request (daily supplement).
Spa, massages and wellness treatments available at an additional cost.
Additional services: ski club, transfers, equipment hire, meeting rooms, babysitting, concierge service.
6. Cancellation & amendment
Flexible Modification or cancellation free of charge up to 2 days in advance (or 5 days in high season). Otherwise, you will be billed in full.
Non-refundable : full payment on booking, no changes or refunds.
No refunds for early departures or delays.
Subject to availability, prices subject to change.
7. Groups
For 5 rooms or more: 50 % deposit on booking, balance one week before. Late cancellations (less than one month) without refund.
8. Insurance
We recommend that you take out cancellation/travel insurance, which includes ski and health cover.
9. Responsibility & safety
The hotel declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage to property. Children must be supervised in the spa areas and comply with safety instructions.
10. Personal data
Information collected for reservation management and customer relations. RGPD compliance, right of access, rectification, deletion on request via info@hotellechaletblanc.com.
11. Force majeure
Extreme weather conditions, health restrictions, various blockages: no liability accepted.
12. Disputes
Search for an amicable agreement, possible mediation (AME CONSO), applicable French law, Gap courts.
13. Acceptance
Booking implies full acceptance of these GCS.
Terms and Conditions - Agence Anova
1. Field of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all tourist services or introductions offered by Agence Anova (taxis, transfers, excursions, packages).
2. Booking
Effective on written or electronic confirmation, with deposit or guarantee depending on service.
Online payment with validation by the customer, or deposit by the deadline.
3. Rates & payments
Means: bank cards, cash according to legislation.
Balance due on completion of the service, or according to the price conditions specified.
VAT or local taxes according to regulations.
4. Special terms and conditions
Transfers: timetables to be respected, charges for late arrivals or long waits.
Excursions: minimum number of participants may apply, cancellation possible before start date.
Personalised services: quotes and planning valid for a limited period.
5. Cancellation & amendment
Flexible modification or cancellation free of charge up to a given date depending on service (e.g. 48 hours for transfers, 7 days for excursions).
Non-refundable Special options paid for at the time of booking.
Fees for late arrivals or absences, unless there is a legitimate reason.
6. Groups
Prices and specific cancellation conditions available on request.
7. Responsibility & safety
The Agency declines all responsibility in the event of non-compliance by the customer with safety instructions or interruptions to the service caused by a third party or external cause.
8. Personal data
RGPD applicable: data is used to manage the service, rights of access, modification, deletion exercisable via info@agenceanova.com.
9. Force majeure
Liability excluded in the event of exceptional events (bad weather, strikes, disasters, epidemics).
10. Disputes
Search for an amicable agreement, recourse to mediation (AME CONSO), French law, jurisdiction Gap courts.
11. Acceptance
Any order or reservation implies unconditional acceptance of the GTCS.
Terms and Conditions - Anova Yachting
1. Field of application
These GCS govern the nautical services offered by Anova Yachting (cruises, charters, events at sea).
2. Booking
Effective after written or electronic confirmation, deposit or security required.
Signed rental contract with description of service, duration and conditions.
3. Rates & payments
Payment can be made by credit card or cash.
Balance to be paid before boarding or according to agreed payment schedule.
VAT and port charges included where mentioned.
4. Nautical conditions
Departure and return times defined in the contract, additional charges in the event of delays or overruns.
Number of participants limited to the capacity of the boat, lifejackets must be worn.
The captain has the right to change the itinerary or cancel the outing for safety or weather reasons.
5. Cancellation & amendment
Cancellations can be made within a predefined period (e.g. 7 days) free of charge; after this period, charges may apply.
Non-refundable for immediate bookings or promotional offers.
Late arrivals or no-shows may result in loss of service without refund.
6. Responsibility & safety
Customers must comply with the captain's instructions.
The Agency cannot be held responsible in the event of non-compliance or accident due to negligence on the part of the customer.
Limited insurance cover according to contract, additional personal insurance recommended.
7. Personal data
RGPD: data used to perform the contract, rights of access and rectification via info@anovayachting.com.
8. Force majeure
Cancellations or changes due to weather, maritime regulations or breakdowns: no liability.
9. Disputes
Seeking amicable settlement, mediation (AME CONSO), French law, competent courts of Gap.
10. Acceptance
Signature of the contract or payment confirms full acceptance of the GTCS.
